Many customers are currently asking us whether our business will continue to operate in light of the coronavirus crisis and the many restrictions. The answer is yes.
Various regions in Europe are currently tightening their restrictions on public life in order to protect the health of the population – but the mail order business is largely exempt from these restrictions.
Your Betterwood order will continue to be delivered and returns will also work smoothly. You can see the estimated delivery time directly below the product and in the shopping cart.

To protect our customers and employees, we closely follow the recommendations of the German government and implement them with the utmost care. We review the measures on an ongoing basis and expand them at short notice if necessary. For example, our showroom in Berlin is currently closed to visitors. The sales employees work from home. In the warehouse, greater attention is paid to social distancing and hygiene regulations.
We are not currently aware of any delays in delivery to our customers within Europe. So far, imports have only been affected once by a two-week closure of the Peruvian port in Callao.
We ship parcels with Deutsche Post, DPD, UPS and Hermes. These companies offer contactless delivery. In the case of forwarding deliveries, care is also taken to avoid contact between the recipient and the driver. As a rule, it is necessary for the recipient to be on site for forwarding deliveries.
