Various regions in Europe are currently increasing their restrictions on public life to protect the health of the population - but mail order is largely exempt from these restrictions.

To protect our customers and employees, we are closely following the recommendations of the federal government and implementing them with the greatest care. We are constantly reviewing the measures and expanding them at short notice if necessary. For example, our show room in Berlin is currently closed to visitors. The sales staff work in the home office. In the warehouse, greater attention is paid to distance between colleagues and hygiene regulations.
We are currently not aware of any delivery delays to our customers within Europe. Imports have only been affected once by a two-week lockdown at the Peruvian port of Callao.
We send parcels with Deutsche Post, DPD, UPS and Hermes. These companies offer contactless delivery. In the case of forwarding deliveries, care is also taken to avoid contact between the recipient and the driver. As a rule, it is necessary for forwarding deliveries that the recipient is on site.
