Teak has always been the first choice for high-quality Decking boardsIt impresses with its dimensional stability, suppleness, durability, and a beautiful patina that makes it even more refined over time. However, until now, there was a challenge: lengths over 240 cm were rarely available.
That's changing now! With our new 3,90m finger-jointed teak planks, we combine all the advantages of teak with the option of creating even larger terraces with continuous installation. The subtle lateral finger jointing allows for sustainable use of shorter wood, ensuring optimal utilization of the tree trunk – another building block in our sustainable forestry practices.
Permanent connection
The planks are glued with an EPI (emulsion polymer resin isocyanate) glue, which was specially developed for outdoor applications. This glue meets the requirements of stress group D4 according to DIN EN 204 and is therefore ideal for bonding under high humidity conditions. Thanks to its high water resistance, it can withstand even changing weather conditions.
The advantages of the new Teak floorboards:
- Long lengths: Ideal for spacious terraces.
- Sustainability: Resource-saving processing through finger-jointing.
- Best features: Barefoot-friendly and maximum durability.
