Teak decking elements
The decking elements are made from teak decking boards BioMaderas in 95mm width. This is how high-quality wooden terraces are created, uncomplicated and laid almost without tools. The terrace elements are already pre-assembled on a substructure with concealed stainless steel screws. The elements come in two types. The variant with a flat substructure is designed for flat and solid surfaces with a low construction height, such as balconies. The construction with a stronger substructure can be built over the ground or in combination with pedestals over a larger incline. The weatherproof connection system and the constructive wood protection with rubber feet support a long service life. The patio elements are custom made for you.

Which substructure?
The flat variant of the substructure is suitable for level and solid surfaces where no additional construction height has to be achieved (e.g. on balconies or stone terraces). The strong variant can be laid on surfaces that require a construction height of 5 cm or more. In combination with pedestals, even very uneven and sloping surfaces can be covered. We would be happy to advise you on which variant is most suitable for you.

The origin
The teak decking boards for our wooden decking elements come from a 200-year-old teak plantation on the Indonesian island of Java. In our German joinery, the planks are then processed into our wooden terrace elements according to the individual order. Learn more about the Origin the teak planks.

I have teak elements for my balcony Betterwood ordered. The delivery took a good 3 weeks, but they fitted right away between the railing and the window. That's what I call real custom work.
