Wood panel advice
Our online advice will tell you everything you need to know about our wooden worktops, how to care for them and how to use them in combination with our table frames.
Select material and color
Choose between different lacquers, the chrome-plated version or stainless steel. Only polyester-based powder coatings free of heavy metals are used for color finishing. These coatings are particularly UV-resistant and guarantee long-lasting color and surface quality. Only recyclable and toxicologically safe finishing processes are used for electroplating.
Select height
We recommend a lower edge of the table top of 72 cm. If you want to use the optional height adjusters or castors, you should choose the 66 cm height version. If you do not wish to use this accessory, select the height of 72 cm.
Select depth
The table top should protrude about 10 cm beyond the frame on each short side. The frame depth should therefore be about 20 cm less than the depth of your table top. This recommendation is mainly for visual reasons, but also for stability.
Select width
The tabletop should protrude about 25 cm to 35 cm beyond the frame on each long side. The frame width should therefore be 50 cm to 70 cm less than the table top. If you want to sit at the ends (e.g. at a dining table), the overhang should be 35 cm to 50 cm. In this case, the frame width should be 70 cm to 100 cm less.
