Start date: Immediately
- Friendly and solution-oriented support for our customers by email, telephone, on Amazon, eBay and social media
- Processing of complaints, returns and orders (incoming payments, shipping status, cancellations)
- Maintaining and updating our product data in our store and on marketplaces
- Support in maintaining our online marketing channels (e.g. Instagram, newsletter)
- Participation in small projects, e.g. content creation, addressing target groups
- Support in the further development of our digital processes and marketplace strategy

Your profile
- Training in e-commerce, customer service or similar, ideally with experience in online retailing
- Confident handling of digital tools (e.g. Excel, store systems, marketplaces)
- Enthusiasm for sustainable products and the environment
- Friendly, structured and independent way of working
- Very good written and spoken German and English; other languages are an advantage
- Nice-to-have: Experience with Amazon Seller Central, eBay, Canva or SEO
