Your day-to-day work will consist of an exciting mix of operational and conceptual HR work.

Your tasks include:

  • Responsibility for the entire recruiting process, from job advertisement to contract drafting
  • Accompanying the employee journey (onboarding, personnel development, offboarding)
  • First point of contact (m/f/d) for employees and managers in all strategic and operational HR topics
  • Ensuring the administrative handling of HR processes – this includes, for example, the preparatory monthly payroll accounting, the preparation of employment contracts and contract amendments as well as all personnel-relevant certificates
  • Independent management of various projects for the (further) development of our HR processes

What you bring with you:

  • Successfully completed studies with a focus on personnel management or comparable training
  • Several years of professional experience in holistic personnel management
  • Experience in working with CSV & Excel and good knowledge of DATEV
  • Good knowledge of labor law
  • Independent, solution-oriented and self-reliant way of working
