Solid wood planks are the most expensive but also the highest quality and most durable wood flooring installation. A second important cost factor is the wood: Pine is very cheap, oak somewhat more expensive and teak one of the most valuable woods for parquet flooring.

Formulas for material calculation

To determine an exact price, the required material plus offcuts must first be calculated. There are also costs for the adhesive and any tools required. If experts are hired for the installation, labor costs must be added.
