Cleaning a wooden panel

Teak worktops are best cleaned with a sponge, water and a little mild washing-up liquid. Stubborn stains can be carefully removed with a hand brush. Make sure that the worktop is not left standing in water for long periods to prevent possible warping. Scratches and other imperfections can be removed by sanding the entire surface. The worktop should then be oiled again.
