Shipping of our wooden panels

Depending on the size of the order and the size of the panels, shipping is carried out by the DPD parcel service, as a parcel delivery by a forwarding agent or as a forwarding shipment on a pallet. The boards are specially protected for transportation: With honeycomb cardboard, corner protectors and, of course, strong corrugated cardboard.

Parcel shipping

If the panel including packaging does not exceed a length of 175 cm, a girth of 300 cm (1 x length + 2 x width + 2 x thickness) and a weight of 25 kilograms, it will be shipped with the DPD parcel service. Larger items and slabs weighing up to 30 kilograms are delivered in a package by a forwarding agent.

Shipping by forwarding agent on pallet

If the individual panel weighs more than 30 kilograms or the total weight of the order exceeds 90 kilograms, it will be shipped by a forwarding agent on a pallet. Please note that the one-way pallet is part of the delivery and cannot be taken back by the truck.

Shipping costs

The shipping costs are calculated according to the weight of the delivery. The lower limit for the German mainland is €15 per order, the upper limit is €150 per order. You will receive an exact calculation of the shipping costs when you add the plates to your shopping cart and go to the checkout.
