BETTERWOOD ” DECKING BOARDS ” Garapa ” experiences

Experience with our Garapa

Many hundreds of unique terraces have already been built with our Garapa planks. Here you will find a selection of pictures and reports provided by our customers.

“After completing our roof terrace, we are absolutely delighted with the Garapa wood. We were very impressed by the ingenious solutions for the concealed screw connections. After many inquiries with other suppliers, we had ideally decided on Betterwood, as none of the other competitors were able to deliver anywhere near the quality of all the accessories or the flawless Garapa wood. The advice/service was also perfect and we were happy to take advantage of it. Betterwood deserves more than 5 stars for us, we’d be happy to do it again anytime!”

“The Garapa decking boards are beautifully planed and practically flawless. I was also impressed by the dimensional accuracy. The decking was relatively easy to build and the result is impressive.”

“I can recommend the Garapa decking boards. We used it to cover the floor of our roof terrace and it looks much better than the old stone tiles. The good thing about wood is that it doesn’t get as hot or as cold as stone or WPC. In summer, you can walk barefoot on it without burning your feet.”

“Beautiful color and very well planed. We have two small children and wanted a floor where they could walk barefoot in the summer. We therefore sanded the planks again after installation and are very satisfied.”

Observe instructions and technical rules

Please note that the customer terraces should not be seen as examples of installation in accordance with the specialist rules and are often installed individually according to the customer’s ideas. Sufficient ventilation must always be ensured for terraces. This is achieved, for example, by leaving a gap of 2 cm to solid structures and curbs or by using ventilation grilles.
