Select terrace shape

Select the desired basic shape of your terrace here. You can choose between numerous standard shapes, upload your own sketch or simply request a quote based on square meters. As soon as you have selected a standard shape, an image of this terrace shape appears. If you select "own sketch", a field appears in which you can upload files. Under "Offer by square meter" you can enter the desired square meter of your terrace.

Select laying direction

At this point, you decide in which direction the decking boards should run on your terrace. The advantage of laying parallel to the house is that you do not look into the joints when walking on the terrace. The advantage of laying parallel to the shorter side is that you often reach the distance with one plank and do not have to lay several planks in a row. As our decking boards are not grooved, you can lay them in both directions from a technical point of view.

Decking oil

Here you decide whether we should also offer you the right decking oil. The decking oil reduces the formation of surface cracks. We therefore recommend treating a wooden deck with oil at least once after installation. Teak is an exception, as teak has the unique property of hardly cracking even when unoiled.

If you want to preserve your wood color for as long as possible, you should also use decking oil. However, oiling the floorboards only slows down their natural graying process and cannot stop it completely. It is therefore necessary to oil the decking at least twice a year and clean it if necessary in order to maintain the color of the wood in the long term.

Select planks for elements

Click on "Select here" and decide which type of wood and plank width you would like us to use to manufacture your wooden decking elements. The planks are concealed and screwed onto a wooden substructure. For logistical reasons, an element can have a maximum size of 300 x 100 cm. However, the panels can be connected to each other using an integrated plug-in system.

Cumaru is particularly robust and very durable. Teak is the most barefoot-friendly. Garapa and Jatoba have a smooth surface. Its durability is somewhat lower than that of Cumaru.

Enter the installation height

Here you can enter the installation height of your decking in centimeters (distance between the foundation and the upper edge of the decking board). A flat installation height is 5 cm, a normal installation is 8 cm, with pedestal supports and possibly counter battens, up to 30 cm can be achieved and posts are required above this. Depending on the desired installation height, we can offer you the right material and the best construction method.
