Material in the shopping cart

Your planning is still open in a window of your browser. Switch back to it and use one of the following options to keep the planning:

• E-mail: Click on the letter symbol in the patio planner and enter your e-mail address. You will then receive an e-mail with your planning as a PDF attachment.
• PDF download: Click on the PDF symbol in the patio planner and download the PDF directly to your computer.
• Save planning: Click on the floppy disk symbol in the patio planner and save your configuration number. This allows you to call up your planning in the patio planner from different devices. The configuration number can also be found in the planning PDF.

1. Open shopping cart: At the top right of this window you will find your shopping cart (for us, the symbol is a shopping bag). If you click on the symbol, the shopping cart will open with the material for your terrace planning. There you can check the contents and adjust the quantities if necessary. You can also add other products from our store to the shopping cart.
2. Enter your address: Click on “Continue to checkout”, enter your billing and delivery address.
3. Note delivery time: In the shopping cart and checkout you will also find an indication of the estimated delivery time. If you already have a desired delivery date, you are welcome to enter this in the order notes field.
4. Select payment method: You can pay in different ways – select one and click on “Send order”. Depending on the payment method, you will be redirected to the page of a payment service provider where you may have to enter further details.
5. Receive further information: Once you have placed your order, you will receive further information on the delivery date and construction of your wooden decking from us by phone or email.

As a rule, wooden decking is delivered on pallets by a forwarding agent. An appointment will be arranged with you in advance for these larger deliveries.

For small areas and wooden tiles, delivery can also be made by parcel service. In this case, you will be informed of the delivery date by e-mail.

In both cases, a person from your side should be on site to accept the goods.

If you want to plan several surfaces and combine them in one order, proceed as follows:

1. Call up the planner again and plan your further area.
2. Save the planning documents for all areas.
3. Place the material for each surface in the shopping cart. The quantities are added together in the shopping cart, the quantity discount is optimized and there are no additional shipping costs.

You should compare the contents of the shopping cart with the material list from your patio planning – for the following reasons:

• In rare cases, products may sell out in the few minutes between planning and ordering.
• If you had already filled the shopping cart before planning your patio, these products will still be included. Avoid ordering twice.
• You can make your own adjustments in the shopping cart: change the quantities or order additional products in our store.

We only import wood with a particularly high quality standard. In addition, the wood is sorted by hand before being shipped to you. Our timber experts adhere to our sorting criteriawhich you can read here here.
