“I replaced our weathered Douglas fir terrace and laid around 18m² of Cumaru. Although I had done a lot of research online, the advice from Betterwood was very helpful. The quality is also good. The boards were largely flawless and hardly warped. I was a little apprehensive about the processing because of the high density of the wood. The cutting was done with a powerful miter saw and pre-drilling with an HSS drill at high speed. Aligning the substructure is very easy with the pedestals. Five stars!”

Please note that the customer terraces should not be seen as an example of a construction according to the technical rules and were often laid individually according to the customer's ideas. For terraces, it is always important to ensure adequate ventilation. This is achieved, for example, with a distance of 2 cm from fixed structures and curbs or with ventilation grilles.
