Wooden panels made of teak

For furniture and boat building: solid teak in individual cuts and with optional edge processing.

18-20mm thickness

Our thinnest wood panels in 18 mm thickness are particularly suitable for shelving and furniture construction.

30mm thickness

The medium thickness of our wooden boards is perfect for use as table tops. But of course much more can come of it.

40mm thickness

Our strongest wooden worktops are particularly robust and are convincing as worktops in the kitchen as well as table tops.

Sustainable wooden panels made from certified teak wood

Our teak panels are manufactured in a certified craftsman’s workshop in Vietnam. The teak used comes from sustainably managed forests and bears the FSC® 100% certificate for particularly sustainable and responsible forest management.

Wooden panels for furniture construction

Our wooden panels are ideal for furniture construction. Whether you want to build shelves, cupboard doors or kitchen units: We have the right teak or mahogany material for you. The 18 mm thick teak or mahogany wood panels are usually used for shelves and cupboard doors. Bodies and shelves can be built very well from the thicker variants in 40 mm thickness. If you wish, we can supply the panels already cut to length and width for your project.

Teak kitchen worktops

The 40 mm thick wooden worktops are usually used for the kitchen. Due to their high natural durability, these teak worktops are particularly suitable for use as kitchen worktops. With the right maintenance oil, the worktop can always be refreshed and scratches reduced.

Teak panels for outdoor use

Teak is the most popular wood for outdoor use. It has proven itself over many decades on boats and yachts and is now also increasingly being used as a material for furniture in the garden. However, the special properties of the material that can occur under weathering – such as graying or surface cracks – must always be taken into account.

Continuous or finger-jointed, wooden board

We offer wooden panels with continuous slats or finger-jointed. Finger-jointed means that the boards are composed of several wooden lamellas in length and width. With continuous slats, the wooden slats are only connected along the width and are in one piece along the length. The finger-jointed version is generally somewhat cheaper.

Step 1: Mark the cutting line with a pencil and ruler.
Step 2: Use a circular saw or jigsaw with a fine wood saw blade.
Step 3: Sand the cut edges with sandpaper to smooth them out.

Teak and Cumaru are particularly durable. These woods are resistant to moisture, pests and deformation.

Clean the surface regularly with a damp cloth.
Apply wood care oil or wax to protect the surface.
Avoid direct sunlight and high humidity to prevent cracks or deformation.

Only D4 glue is used for the glued products. This is suitable for decades of high moisture exposure, free from formaldehyde, food-safe and waterproof.

Our customers’ wooden panels

Teak panel as a bathroom shelf

“We have installed the teak panels with continuous slats in 40 mm thickness in various places in our bathroom: As a shelf, cupboard door, washbasin. A very beautiful material that sets an exciting accent.”

Tom Huber

Teak top as washbasin

“We made our washbasin from a teak panel with a tree edge. The floor in the bathroom is laid with teak parquet and the cupboard doors are made of 18 mm thick panels. It’s great that there is a wood that can withstand the humidity in the bathroom.”

Ulrike Matthiesen

Teak top as dining table

“Our dining table consists of a finger-jointed teak top that is not screwed to a black Eiermann table frame. Due to the heavy weight of the panel, this is a stable construction and looks great.”
